Police Kalaburagi confiscated a truck illegally carrying 104 five -year -old rice for distribution within the Anna Bhagya system in Taj Nagar near a circular road in Kalaburagagi on Tuesday evening.
The police registered Veeresh drivers for an offense and arrested him.
During the interrogation, the truck driver revealed that the illegal rice collected from various places was packed in new bags and the supply was transported to Maharaštra.
Police Chowk handed the case after seizing rice stock and truck.
