CBSE Skill Expo showcases student innovation in Visakhapatnam

Nearly 25 CBSE affiliated schools from across Andhra Pradesh participated in CBSE Skill Expo and Guidance Festival 2026-27 organized by Visakha Valley School here on Tuesday. Students displayed around 60 exhibits highlighting innovation, creativity and practical skills.

Biswajit Saha, Director, CBSE, addressed the participants virtually and urged students and educators to contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 through innovation, responsibility and lifelong learning.

Andhra University Vice-Chancellor GP Raja Sekhar lauded the CBSE initiative and encouraged students to foster curiosity, creativity and a spirit of discovery.

Satish Pahal, Joint Director, Skill Education, CBSE, said that every stakeholder has a role to play in building a skilled and self-reliant India.

Earlier, Visakha Valley School Principal Eshwari Prabhakar welcomed the participants and reiterated the institution’s commitment to holistic education.

Exhibits covered a wide range of topics, including environment and sustainability, health and wellness, business, tourism, agriculture, media and animation, reflecting students’ creativity, innovative thinking and future-ready skills.
