The moment came just before Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s home match against Mumbai Indians at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium. Kohli was on the sidelines, hydrating in the middle of his warm-up routine. Watching Urvil Patel smash massive sixes at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk, he stopped in front of the television. What was supposed to be a short break turned into a good one for Kohli who took his time to enjoy the innings.
Urvil Patel played a complete blinder against Lucknow Super Giants to get his fifty in just 13 balls. He hit five sixes in five consecutive deliveries which helped him tie the record for the fastest fifty in Indian Premier League history.

Urvil was eventually dismissed after hammering 65 runs off just 23 balls, an innings that played a huge role in Chennai Super Kings picking up two points against Lucknow Super Giants. ČSK’s win took them to fifth place in the league table. They have 12 points after playing 11 matches.
