Suryakumar Yadav is over the moon after the birth of his daughter and decided to share the joy with the paparazzi in Mumbai. Suryakumar and his wife Devisha Shetty, became the parents of a baby girl on May 7. The couple, who tied the knot in July 2016, held a baby shower earlier this March.
Suryakumar was spotted at the Mumbai airport in a viral video where he spent some time with reporters. Before entering the airport, the India T20I captain took out a box of sweets for the journalists and handed it to them.
“Jé lo, aap log khaana yeh. (Have this. You please eat it.)” Suryakumar told reporters.

WILL SURYAKUMAR PLAY AGAINST RCB?
Suryakumar stayed back in Mumbai while the MI squad went to Raipur where they had to win the clash against RCB. There were doubts whether he would make it to the game.
The MI manager revealed Suryakumar will fly to the city on the day of the game. Mumbai are also keeping a close eye on Hardik Pandya’s fitness for the competition after he missed the win over LSG due to back spasms.
“Hardik continues to be assessed by the medical team and will keep us updated on his progress,” a Mumbai Indians spokesperson said ahead of the RCB match. “Surya will come tomorrow.
Suryakumar has not been in top form this season, scoring just 195 runs from 10 matches. However, in the last few games, India’s T20I captain has shown some form with the bat as MI went into the match needing to win.
MI have six points and need to win all their matches to reach the 14-point mark, which may still not be enough to qualify.
