Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy assured the residents of Jawahar Nagar and surrounding areas that an all-party meeting would be convened soon to find a permanent solution to the pollution emanating from the dumping ground at the site.
A delegation representing the Anti-Jawahar Nagar Dump Yard Joint Action Committee met the Chief Minister on the initiative of MLA Ch. Malla Reddy on Monday to provide representation seeking relocation of the landfill.
