
Cricket Canada has ushered in a new era by appointing Monty Desai as head coach of the men’s national team, with the board calling it a “pivotal moment” for the country’s cricketing future.A seasoned coach with over two decades of international experience, Desai brings with him a proven track record in association cricket. One of his most notable achievements came with Nepal, where he played a key role in helping the side regain ODI status and qualify for several ICC global events.
