Justice NV Shravan Kumar of the Telangana High Court on Thursday ordered the state government to conduct a detailed inquiry into “all erring officers who failed to take any action” during the construction of the Barrister Fatima Owaisi Education Campus under Salkam Cheruvu full tank/buffer zone in Bandlaguda.
The judge wanted HYDRAA, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, GHMC and HMDA to file a detailed report by July 7 on how the officials allowed construction of structures related to the building in the FTL/buffer zone of Salkam Cheruvu. The judge also ordered the school education department to ensure that students of Barrister Fatima Owaisi Education Campus and Salar-e-Millat Education Trust are not disturbed.
