In view of repeated strikes at the Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court in Noida, the Supreme Court on Thursday (April 30, 2026) asked a committee of judges of the Allahabad High Court to take action against the Bar Association officials after receiving a report from the District Judge.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi issued the order while hearing the Virendra Singh case.
