A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a truck in Jewarg

A motorcyclist died in a road accident in Jewargi town of Kalaburagi district on Wednesday evening.

The deceased was identified as Lakshmikant, a resident of Kattisangavi village in Jewargi taluk.

According to the police, the accident occurred when a truck collided with a two-wheeler driven by Lakshmikant.

He suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.

The police officers visited the place and conducted a preliminary investigation. A case has been registered at Jewargi police station.
