The Delhi High Court on Wednesday (April 29, 2026) posted a May 4 hearing on a CBI petition challenging the court order to release former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwalhis deputy Manish Sisodia and 21 others in excise duty case.
While Mr Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and former AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak chose not to appear or send a lawyer on their behalf to contest the case, Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, the judge gave them one last chance to file their replies.
