
In their projections through exit polls, opinion polls on Wednesday projected incumbent CM MK Stalin-led Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) alliance to win Tamil Nadu in the 2026 assembly elections.
An exit poll by People Pulse projected 125-145 Assembly seats in the DMK’s corner, while the Nationalist Democratic Alliance (NDA)-backed All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) placed 65-80 seats out of the total 234 Assembly seats in the state.
Meanwhile, Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) is projected to win only two to six seats in the Tamil Nadu assembly, according to People Pulse.
According to Matriz exit poll projections, DMK and allies are winning the Tamil Nadu assembly polls by 122-132, while AIADMK and allies are estimated to win by 80-100 seats.
Meanwhile, according to Matriz, TVK is expected to bag zero to six assembly seats in Tamil Nadu.
The exit poll by P-MARQ projected 125-145 assembly seats in the DMK corner, while the AIADMK placed 60-70 seats out of the total 234 assembly seats in the state.
Meanwhile, Vijay’s TVK is projected to win only one to six assembly seats in Tamil Nadu as per P-MARQ.
