The Karnataka High Court on Monday (April 27, 2026) refused to quash the criminal case against a 28-year-old man who filmed voyeuristic videos of women in the Bengaluru metro and posted them on an anonymous Instagram page called metro_chicks.
Justice M. Nagaprasanna issued the order while dismissing BK Diganth’s petition challenging the legality of the registration of the criminal case.
