Former union minister MK Alagiri’s son Dhayanidhi Alagiri has approached the Madras High Court challenging the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) interim attachment of 10 of his properties in connection with a money laundering case registered in 2013.
A Second Division bench of R. Suresh Kumar and N. Senthilkumar on Tuesday (April 28, 2026) allowed Special Public Prosecutor ED P. Sidharthan to take notice on behalf of the central agency and file his reply to the civil miscellaneous appeals within four weeks.
