They then advanced to the semi-finals beat Real Madrid 6-4 on aggregate in a dramatic quarter-final this underlined their offensive firepower and resilience on the European stage.
Meanwhile, PSG continue to shine under Luis Enrique, building on the momentum of last year’s historic Champions League triumph. The French side currently lead Ligue 1 by six points and have already won the UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Intercontinental Cup and French Super Cup this season.
