The Congress on Monday (April 27, 2026) accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of engaging in a “fixed match”, claiming that recent political developments have revealed a tacit understanding between the two parties and bolstered its claim that “AAP has been working as BJP’s B team” and in states like Gujarat and Punjab.
Addressing a press conference here, party treasurer Ajay Maken claimed that AAP was giving away Rajya Sabha ticket to the rich and wealthy in exchange for money and hence it should be renamed “Arabpati Aadmiyon ki Party (Billionaire Party)”.
