Congress president Rahul Gandhi has condoled the death of photographer Raghu Rai on Sunday (April 26, 2026) and said his lens captures the soul of India and preserves the nation’s memory.
Mr. Rai, one of India’s best-known photographers whose lens captured India in its many hues, died on Sunday (April 26, 2026) at a private hospital. He was 83.
