The four digital tools will be in the limelight as Kerala prepares for the house and apartment census, the first phase of Census 2027, which is scheduled for June and July this year. Tools include the Houselisting Block Creator (HLBC) web application, the HLO mobile application, the self-enumeration portal and the Census Management and Monitoring System (CMMS) portal.
Census of houses and flats is scheduled in Kerala from July 1 to July 30. This will be preceded by a self-counting period from June 16 to June 30.
