Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday decided Bengaluru, the country’s IT capital, to also become the farmers’ capital.
Inaugurating the Global Agritech Summit-2026, organized by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) in collaboration with Bengaluru University of Agricultural Sciences, the Chief Minister said there is a need to harness all technologies, including artificial intelligence, for the development of the agriculture sector with a focus on integrated development of the state.
