Fable Ban Reversed + Dr. Dana Suskind on AI Parenting + Market Forecast Drama
This week, the Commerce Department lifted restrictions on powerful AI models from Anthropic, Claude Mythos and Claude Fable. We discuss why the government has taken such a hands-on approach, how the limitations on the OpenAI GPT 5.6 model are likely to be resolved, and what, if anything, this tells us about AI competition with China.
Then, Dr. Dana Suskind, pediatric surgeon and author of the forthcoming book “Human Raised,” will stop by to discuss the framework she developed to help parents make informed decisions about what kinds of AI products are safe for children.
