Two robots greeted voters at polling booths in Gudiyatham and Vellore Assembly constituencies in Vellore district on Thursday (April 23, 2026) and gave them a technology-driven touch as citizens turned up to exercise their right to vote.
As voters queued up to cast their ballots at the Government Municipal High School in Gudiyatham town in Vellore district, they were greeted in Tamil by a sari-clad robot.
