The Telangana High Court on Wednesday said the Justice PC Ghose commission report indicting former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and three others for executing the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP) “will be rendered inoperative”.
A bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin, pronouncing the verdict in a series of writ petitions seeking to set aside the Commission’s report and questioning the composition of the Commission, said no action could be taken against KCR and three others based on the report.
