Days after his son was booked for hitting five people in Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri district, Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Pritam Lodhi has been embroiled in controversy after a video of him threatening a young IPS officer who was interrogating his son went viral.
In the video, Mr. Lodhi, a first-time MLA from Pichhore Assembly seat, is seen seeking “clarification” from Karera Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Ayush Jakhar within 15 days, saying that otherwise he would “take 10,000 men and fill the officer’s residence with cow dung”.
