The state government on Monday (April 20, 2026) dismissed section officer and in-charge assistant secretary in the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, K. Venkat Rami Reddy, from service with immediate effect after a disciplinary hearing found allegations of violation of the model code of conduct and civil service rules.
Shamsher Singh Rawat, Special Chief Secretary, General Administration Department issued the orders vide GO Ms. No. 43 dated April 20, 2026 after a detailed inquiry and directed the Panchayat Raj Department to take further action in the matter.
