Shreyas Iyer has emerged as the driving force behind Punjab Kings’ revival in IPL 2026, with the skipper’s fearless mindset and clarity in high-pressure moments turning the franchise into a genuine title contender.

“That’s impossible – I hate to hear it. Once you control your emotions, you can be very clear-headed and decisive,” Iyer said, underscoring the belief system that has defined Punjab’s approach this season. He added: “It’s not over until the last ball is completed. For me, winning is everything.”
