District Magistrate (DM) Gautama Buddha Nagara on Wednesday (April 15, 2026) warned outsourcing agencies, external providers of staff to many industrial units in Noida, of strict action if workers hired through them indulge in “unruly behaviour”. In such cases, she said, the agencies would be blacklisted and their license revoked.
“An outsourcing agency acts as a critical link between industrial units and workers. If the workers hired by the outsourcing agency indulge in unruly behavior, the agency will also be blacklisted and its license will be terminated,” DM Medha Roopam said in a video statement.
