Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said that education is a powerful tool to break free from all shackles and said it is not possible to create an egalitarian society without education which includes rational, scientific and humanitarian approach.
“If BR Ambedkar was not educated and if he did not have fighting spirit, we would not have got the constitution. And I became the chief minister because of the constitution given by Ambedkar,” the chief minister said during Ambedkar’s birth anniversary celebrations here.
