Former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday (April 13, 2026) told Delhi High Court Justice Swaran Kanta Sharma that her earlier decisions in the liquor policy cases “almost declared” him guilty and corrupt and that he felt he would not get justice if he continued to listen to the CBI’s plea against his release.
He is appearing before Justice Sharma to argue his plea the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener, in an attempt to withdraw her from the case, argued that under the Recusal Act the issue was not the integrity or probity of the judge but “reasonable bias” in the mind of the litigant.
