The desperation to get to the stadium and watch their favorite teams in action in the IPL go high and high. When the tickets are sold out, the demand is too high and cricket fans even ask for tickets in black. But the craze for RCB vs CSK IPL tickets became too costly for the 25-year-old technician and he was duped of a whopping Rs. 1.46 million. The technician, a resident of B Narayanapura, was trapped by a post posted by a fraudster posing as a ticket seller on Instagram.According to a report in the Deccan Herald, the technician claimed in a complaint to the Mahadevapura police that an individual claiming to be Sumit Biswal had promised to arrange IPL tickets along with food coupons. According to a technical expert, Biswal was introduced as the Chief Box Office Supervisor at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
