The emergency landing of a medical drone in the agricultural fields of a tribal village near Boyithili village in G. Madugula mandal sparked panic among the tribals in Sitharama Raju’s Alluri district on Friday (March 27, 2026).
According to sources, the drone operated by Redwing was being tested as part of an initiative to deliver medicine to remote areas of the agency. It took off from Paderu and was on its way to G. Madugula when it reportedly went out of control mid-flight.
