
Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta received a bomb threat letter threatening to blow up the Assembly building and the Vidhan Sabha metro station in the capital, news agency ANI reported on Tuesday.
The mail also contained threats to Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Delhi Chief Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, according to the Delhi Speaker’s office, ANI quoted.
The threat prompted an inspection of the assembly premises in Delhi, videos accessed by Hindustan Times showed.
