The first phase of scanning of voting machines stored at the Chathamangalam warehouse for the assembly elections has been completed. The machines, which were stored in a vault after the first stage inspection, were scanned for the constituency.
The concerned officials in each constituency received the machines and completed the scanning procedures.
On completion of the two-day scanning, the sorted machines will be handed over to the returning officers of the respective constituencies on March 25 and moved to warehouses arranged in each constituency.
