Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday (March 23, 2026) said that “for the first time” in the worldn underground transport tunnel is being constructed under the runway of Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad to ease the congestion of vehicles coming from the northern part of the state to the city.
During question hour in the Legislative Council, Mr. Reddy also said that the government would set up a cabinet sub-committee with Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and ministers D. Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar to allow opposition members to submit their proposals regarding Musi Riverfront Development Projectt.
