Several intergovernmental and trade agreements are expected to be signed on Thursday. The formal pacts are likely to cover energy resilience, oil and gas, critical minerals, artificial intelligence, mobility and migration, building on agreements reached during Modi’s visit to Japan at the 15th India-Japan Summit last year. During this visit, Japan pledged to more than double its investment in India to over $61 billion over the next decade.
