
With less than 10 days to go, the buzz around Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) opening game in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has already started in the first phase of the season. The defending champions play the opening tournament against Sunrisers Hyderabad to kick off IPL 2026 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
With assembly elections in several Indian states, the IPL Board of Governors has released the first phase fixtures where RCB will play four games. After the Sunrisers Hyderabad game, RCB will face Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals.

In an important note to all RCB supporters, RCB urged everyone not to fall prey to fraudulent sources and scams. Tickets will only be available through RCB’s official website and app once the sales start.
How to buy RCB IPL 2026 match tickets offline?
- Head to the authorized counter at the stadium or the designated outlet announced on the RCB official website.
- Check availability for your preferred match and seat category at the counter. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or Passport.
- Complete payment by cash, card or digital wallet and collect your ticket(s).
It is to be noted that ticket holders are entitled to free rides in Bengaluru Metro to avoid travel worries. To make it easier, RCB has also provided an option to pre-book parking spaces while purchasing tickets. A shuttle service is also available for pickup and drop-off near the stadium.
Spectator entry to the M Chinnaswamy Stadium is restricted to Cubbon Park and Link Road only.
