The Pope hailed NSU, the central university, as a pioneer in Sanskrit studies and teaching that has produced many distinguished scholars. He advised the students to spread the knowledge acquired here and spread the glory of Indian Dharma for global welfare.
Swamiji also suggested that scholars explain dharmic topics to the general public in simple language that can be easily understood so that piety can spread among the people.
The Vedic assembly was led by Prof. Niranjan Mishra, Head of the Veda Bhashya Department, while Prof. Kuppa Viswanatham of the Nyaya Department moderated the session.
