A two-day national seminar on ‘Beyond Words: The Rich Tapestry of Languages and South Indian Identities’ will be held at Alva’s College (Autonomous), Moodbidri, Dakshina Kannada District, from March 20.
The seminar is organized by the Department of Dravidian Cultural Studies, Kannada University, Hampi, in association with Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy, Mangaluru, and the Department of Kannada, Alva’s College (Autonomous).
DV Paramashivamurthy, Vice-Chancellor, Kannada University, Mohan Alva, Chairman, Alva’s Education Foundation, and Madhava Peraje, Senior Professor, Kannada University, will attend the inaugural function, according to a report.
