PM Kisan 22nd installment today: The wait for the 22nd installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is finally over as Prime Minister Narendra Modi releases the next tranche ₹2,000 to the eligible farmers on 13 March 2026 during an event in Guwahati, Assam. Under this scheme, commonly known as PM Kisan Yojana, the Center will disburse ₹18,640 crore over 9.32 crore to PM-Kisan beneficiaries.
“The Hon’ble Prime Minister will release the 22nd volume of PM-KISAN on March 13, 2026 from Guwahati, Assam,” the official website said.

More than 9.32 lakh PM-Kisan farmers will receive funds from the central government’s welfare scheme at 5 pm, the website said. The event will be broadcast live on Under this scheme, eligible farmers are provided with income support in the amount of ₹6,000 per annum in three equal installments.
In the 22nd installment, more than 2.15 million beneficiary women farmers will receive financial assistance, according to a PIB press release.
In the previous installment, more than 9 lakh PM-KISAN beneficiaries received funds through this scheme in which the Center disbursed ₹18,000 crore through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. Through the ‘Know Your Status (KYS)’ module available on the PM-KISAN portal, beneficiaries can check their payment status, eligibility, land sowing, Aadhaar linking and e-KYC status.

Step 1: Visit the official website of PM-Kisan at pmkisan.gov.in
Step 2: Select the “Farmer’s Corner” link available on the home page.

Step 4: Enter Registration Number and Security Code to Check PM Kisan 22nd Installment 2026 Status.
Step 5: OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Step 6: Enter the OTP on the portal and check the payment status.

To check the names of eligible farmers in the PM Kisan Beneficiary List, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit PM Kisan official portal: https://pmkisan.gov.in
Step 2: Select ‘Farmers Corner’ link available on home page and go to ‘Beneficiary List’.
Step 3: Enter relevant details of State, District, Sub-District, Block and Village.
Step 4: Click on “Get Message” to see the list of recipients in a particular village.
