HMDA received ₹231.65 crore from Mokila auctions
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Tuesday raised ₹231.65 crore through the auction of land in Phase 3 of its Mokila layout.
All 100 residential lots included in the auction in the third phase were sold. The highest bid recorded was ₹1,09,500 per square yard, while the average bid was ₹75,640 per square yard, an HMDA statement informed. The auction witnessed intense competition among bidders, with several lots attracting multiple bids, the note said.
