The Public Matriculation Examinations 2026 will continue with the OMR sheet system attached to the answer book as it was last year. The Optical Mark Recognition sheet, divided into parts 1 and 2, is a key document for recording the candidate’s name, serial number, candidate’s and invigilator’s signature, test details and later allocation of marks. Candidates can check the OMR pattern sheet and answer booklet placed at www.bse.telangana.gov.in and familiarize themselves with the format.
