Boxer and podcaster Jake Paul now has US President Donald Trump’s “total and complete” support for the political office he’s not even campaigning for.
During a rally in Kentucky, Trump introduced Paul to the crowd by saying the boxer had asked him to appear on his podcast, something he was initially reluctant to do as president.
“His local podcast is a big deal and he’s a big deal,” Trump said. “The guy has guts.
He then predicted that Paul would soon make his political debut. “I anticipate that you will be running for political office in the not-too-distant future,” Trump said.
“You have my full and complete support,” he added.

Trump ‘taught me courage’
“What Trump taught me is courage. We never back down from a fight, even when they are much bigger than you, much, much bigger than you,” said Paul, who joined Trump at his urging.
Boxer said he thinks local Kentuckians feel the same way — “You guys fight.
Jake Paul, who said he grew up a few hours from the rally site at Verst Logistics in Hebron, said the country needs more thriving factories like the one Trump visited.
“My dad taught me to fight and all our voices matter in America,” Paul said. “I’m never afraid to speak the truth.

Duo Invade ‘YMCA’ Dance
After he finished his speech backstage, the Village People’s “YMCA” — Trump’s longtime signature rally/rally song — started playing, and he couldn’t help but break into his classic arm-pumping YMCA moves.
Jake enthusiastically joined in and danced beside him. The video of this short moment full of energy and good mood quickly went viral. Boxer on TikTok originally posted this.
Social media users loved the viral clip and Trump supporters said it was a fun and hilarious highlight. They said they “love it” and called it “epic” or “Trump is having fun.”
“The Happiest Man Couldn’t Love My President Less,” commented a MAGA supporter.
Critics mocked the viral video and questioned its relevance. “It was fun 10 years ago. Now it’s just sad,” the user said.
Another added: “Congratulations you voted for it.” “Oh wow. Another distraction from reclaiming our constitutional republic,” another user commented.
“A couple of idiots and all of you who support them. Literally some of the dumbest brain dead people in the world,” the comment read.

Trump’s classic YMCA moves
Donald Trump has danced the YMCA at countless rallies, inauguration-related events, and even non-political appearances.
Trump starts with his arms, clenched fists pumping back and forth — sometimes to the beat — as if on an elliptical trainer. She claps. He waves. And then he starts nodding his head and moving his knees.
In 2020, Trump’s YMCA dance spawned a viral TikTok video challenge and a “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” parody.
