Mangalhat police arrested a 41-year-old meat trader for selling long-stored and unhygienic goat and sheep offal to customers, falsely claiming that it was fresh.
Accused Mohammed Afroz, a resident of Amar Nagar Colony in Mangalhat, was nabbed during a raid conducted by a joint team of Mangalhat Police, Golconda Zone Task Force and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials on March 10.
