Justice S. Muralidhar, Chairman of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel, discusses the UN panel’s report on crimes against Palestinian children by Israeli security forces that have resulted in the deaths of at least 20,179 and injuries to 44,143 children since October 7, 2007. Former Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court and currently a senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India in an interview with The Hindu explains the findings of systematic targeting of the most vulnerable Palestinian populations – women, children and the elderly.
