Death of Delhi Holi: According to police, a 26-year-old man, Tarun, died after sustaining grievous injuries in a clash allegedly sparked by a dispute between two families from different communities over a water balloon in the JJ Colony area of Uttam Nagar on Holi.
Recalling the incident, Tarun’s father Memraj claimed that a balloon filled with colored water accidentally fell on a woman from another community, triggering the initial altercation, PTI reported.
Dwarka District DCP Niharika Bhatt said that a total of 7 people have been arrested after registering an FIR in connection with the incident.

Earlier in the day, a little girl accidentally dropped a balloon and it fell on a woman from another community. They made such a thing of it. We even apologized to her,” he claimed.
