The Hyderabad City Safety Council on Tuesday, in collaboration with young Indians, conducted a special distribution of helmets across parts of the city to promote safer commuting and curb risky behavior among two-wheeler riders.
Organized under the auspices of the council’s transport forum, the initiative targeted riders who traveled without helmets. Helmets were distributed on the spot to those who flouted safety norms, with officials warning that driving without safety gear seriously endangers lives.
