FICCI FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) Chennai, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), has felicitated women from various fields for their meaningful contribution to the society.
Sathya Jeganathan, a pediatrician, received a Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her lifelong commitment to philanthropic service.
Meena Dadha, founder of Mukti: MS Dadha Foundation, also received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Journalist Palki Sharma presented the awards.
Ms. Sharma spoke about women’s empowerment and influence. She said: “Influence grows when women sponsor other women, step into biased moments, ask clear questions without apology, challenge assumptions, demand transparency, claim expanding opportunities, build strategic relationships and advocate.”
