Four individuals, including two bank officials, were arrested by the cyber crime branch of the Cyberabad police for brokering bank accounts of mules used in cyber fraud transactions.
The accused have been identified as Jawwad Qadri Rifai, 28, and Mohammed Naushad, 26, both mullah account suppliers, along with Pamula Pranavaraj, 46, a sales manager, and Shankar Rathi, 51, branch manager of Jubilee Hills Mercantile Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd.
