The Thiruvananthapuram Corporation Council on Friday approved the draft annual plan for 2026-27. The proposal will be presented for discussion at the company’s development seminar this week. The draft plan was prepared based on discussions with various stakeholders and suggestions from the general body meetings of various working groups and ward sabhas.
