Sunil Bharti Mittal, founder and chairman of Bharti Enterprises, met Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at his residence near Vijayawada on Sunday.

Mr. Naidu said in a post on social media that they had a productive discussion on strengthening the state’s digital infrastructure and improving connectivity for the people.

He noted that the conversation focused on expanding last-mile internet and cell tower connectivity, encouraging investment in data centers and an undersea internet cable landing station, and further facilitating business for mobile service operators in the state.
