JSP leader defends Pawan Kalyan, slams Sailajanath for remarks

Jana Sena Party (JSP) Anantapur district president and Anantapur-Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA) chairman TC Varun on Sunday slammed YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader Sake Sailajanath for his recent remarks against Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan and warned opposition party leaders of strict action if it happens again.

Earlier, Mr. Sailajanath attacked the ruling government and the Deputy CM, saying the government should be held responsible for the “deteriorating law and order situation” in the state.

Mr. Varun said the YSRCP leader is targeting the deputy CM in a desperate bid to “get attention” as he still remains unknown after joining the YSRCP. “Such tactics would not bring him (Sailajanath) any political prominence and he will remain a politically unemployed figure,” he said.
