Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), on behalf of Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala, presented a ‘silk vastram’ to Srikalahastheeswara Temple in Srikalahasti, where the Mahasivaratri Brahmotsavam is on its way.
Another executive of TTD Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary offered vastrams to the Srikalahasti temple priests. The presiding deities will be adorned with vastrams during the rituals.
Mr. Chowdary’s religious entourage was received at the Srikalahasti temple by priests led by temple executive officer T. Bapi Reddy, Srikalahasti MLA Bojjala Venkata Sudheer Reddy and BJP state secretary Kola Anand.
The TTD delegation offered prayers to the presiding deities Vayulingeswara and Goddess Gnana Prasunambika.
